RoinelTools provides free web-based utilities for entrepreneurs. HumanRefund is a refund policy text generator intended to help you draft starting language for your storefront or communications.
HumanRefund: “as is” and not legal advice
The HumanRefund tool and all generated output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Output is generated automatically and may not reflect the laws, regulations, or contractual obligations that apply to your business, jurisdiction, industry, or sales channel. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any policy before publication or use.
No responsibility for disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoinelTools and its operators are not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your use of generated policies—including disagreements with customers, regulators, marketplaces, payment processors, or third parties. Your use of the tools is at your own risk.
Acceptable use
