By accessing or using RoinelTools (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Description of services
RoinelTools provides free, browser-based digital utilities for founders and operators, including marketing tools, ecommerce helpers, business compliance generators, and developer utilities. RoinelTools is a Privacy-First platform: under normal operation, tool inputs and outputs are processed 100% client-side in your browser, and we do not store or receive your tool data on our servers.
No professional advice
Tools that generate policies, contracts, financial estimates, or marketing copy produce automated drafts for convenience only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any output before use in your business, storefront, or communications.
“As is” disclaimer
The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your jurisdiction or use case.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the Site, for safeguarding your own devices and networks, and for compliance with laws that apply to your business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoinelTools and its operators are not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your reliance on generated content, calculations, or exports—including disagreements with customers, regulators, marketplaces, or third parties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site (for example, by attempting to disrupt services, scrape in a way that harms performance, reverse engineer security measures without authorization, or use the Site for unlawful purposes). We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe necessary to protect the Site or other users.
Intellectual property
The Site, branding, and original content are owned by RoinelTools or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the tools for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by these Terms, but you may not copy or resell the Site itself as a competing product without permission.

The Site may include links to third parties or services such as analytics or advertising networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoinelTools and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
